Sorrento is preparing for a superhero-like start to the year! On Tuesday, January 2nd at 15:30 pm, the legendary "Superman" will officially open the fourth edition of the Sorrento Film & Food Festival (SorrentoFFF)The screenings are free and will be held in the setting of the Teatro TassoFrom January 2nd to 6th, the festival—chaired by American actor Daniel McVicar—will offer an explosive mix of: International premieres: starting with Maoussi by director Charlotte Schiøler. Great hits: special screenings and films competing for the most prestigious awards. Streaming: if you're not in Sorrento, you can follow a selection of world-class works on Eventive.org. Taste is Protagonist (and UNESCO World Heritage!) This year, the air smells of double celebration: Italian Cuisine has been officially recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site! During the opening night, in addition to movie stars, an exceptional "star chef" will be honored, celebrating that blend of love, roots, and zero waste that makes our tables unique in the world. The SorrentoFFF has a history of great names.
